• Be unwashed
• Be returned within the stated return window

SECTION II — Vanity Studio (Web Design & Development Services)

8. Scope of Work
All web design and development services are governed by individual client agreements
outlining:

• Deliverables
• Timeline
• Payment schedule
Changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

9. Payments
Payments for services may require:
• Upfront deposits
• Milestone payments
• Final payment before delivery
Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Removal of hosted assets
• Withholding of final files

10. Intellectual Property
For Apparel:
All designs, graphics, branding, and content are property of Vanity LLC and may not be
reproduced without written permission.

For Studio Clients:
Ownership of completed work transfers to the client only after full payment has been
received unless otherwise stated in contract.

Vanity LLC retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios and marketing
materials.
